Three story stucco condo with a guaranteed boat slip directly behind the unit with a cleaning table and access to the pool. The condo has two bedrooms and two full baths on the 2nd floor. Each bedroom has a balcony. Downstairs there is a 1/2 bath, living, kitchen areas and a bar that separates both. The master bedroom has a queen and a single bed and a balcony that overlooks the boat slip and canal. The second bedroom has a double bed and a trundle bed (single) and a balcony that overlooks the entry way. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living area. The washer/dryer is located downstairs in the adjoining private laundry room. There is an area by the boat slip to BBQ and watch the kids/adults fish from the piers that run along each side of the boat slip. These condos come fully furnished with sheets, towels, soaps, paper products for a weekend stay. Quickest way to the Bay. Location of condo: Come in on HWY 185, turn right on 15th St. (look for condo sign). Go on down 15th St. to Maple St. You will see the tan stucco condos in front of you. Cross the intersection and proceed down 15th St.. The units to your right are Pirate Cove. They start with # 22.
