Atwo bedroom, two and 1/2 bath condo very nicely appointed with swimming pool access as well as boat slip access that is on a first come/first serve basis (check with Fishing Center for daily wet slip rentals if needed.) This unit has two bedrooms and two full baths upstairs. Each unit has a balcony; the masterbedroom overlooks pool, Pirate Cove inlet and back bays of POC, while the 2nd bedroom's balcony overlooks the entry way. The master- bedroom has a queen bed, 2nd bedroom has a double bed. Each bedroom has a private, full bath. Downstairs there is a 1/2 bath past the entry door and a living and kitchen/bar area that has all the comforts of home. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials. This unit also has two roll-aways for extra sleeping accommodations. All paper products, soaps, towels, sheets are provided. Bring your food and drink and you are ready to fish, beachcomb, etc.. There is a private laundry room downstairs with enough room to store fishing gear. There are privacy fences on either side on the beezeway that are convenient for gathering, BBQing and allow for a good view of the kids in the pool area. This unit is located 1/2 block from the Fishing Center where you will find boat rentals, wet slip rentals, as well as tackle, bait, ice, and all the advice one can sqeaze out of local fishermen! Have a great, safe time on the beach or in the boat. Location: Come in on HWY 185, turn right on 15th St.. Continue to stop sign on Maple St.. You will see the tan, stucco condos in front of you to the right. Proceed down 15th St. and look for your unit number on the doors at the top of the entry stairs. They begin with unit # 22 and decend as you approach them from the Highway. PARK TO THE RIGHT OF YOUR STAIRCASE!! Have a great time!!
